The location of this luxury hideaway is simply breathtaking, with stunning views overlooking Bantry Bay and the River Mealagh. Guests can enjoy the ever-changing tides and spot various birds and wildlife in the area. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. the hosts, Sean and Siobhan, are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, providing excellent service and delicious locally sourced breakfasts. guests can avail themselves of the onsite facilities such as kayaking and a lovely patio area with all-weather seating.

As a couple, we absolutely loved our stay at Seafort. the accommodation was tasteful, modern, and cozy, with no shortcuts taken. the bathroom was top-notch and the bed, bedlinen, and bed size were first class. Siobhan and Sean, the hosts, were incredibly helpful and gave us great tips for places to see and good restaurants. the house and grounds of Seafort were absolutely top-notch, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.

We felt privileged during our stay and had no reason to complain.

It was such a peaceful and relaxing space, yet conveniently located near amenities and activities. We were delighted to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, perfect for enjoying evening drinks. the room had all the amenities we could ask for, including a coffee machine, and there was an excellent restaurant just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at Seafort, a beautiful property with stunning estuary views. The junior suite was spotless and beautifully finished. Siobhan, our host, was friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were excellent, cooked with local ingredients. The black pudding was the best I’ve ever tasted. We made lovely memories and will definitely return to this little corner of paradise.
